TFH III: GOAL BALANCING
AND ADDITONAL TECHNIQUES
Rounding out the 42 muscle set, we will learn the last 14 muscles and work with the 42 muscle balance. This is the complete 42 muscle test core from Applied Kinesiology. We will also explore how adding focused intent as a goal or positively framed issue creates a much more powerful balance. We will practice the elusive art of establishing goals.
In addition we will:
- Goal Balance with Emotions: Adding emotion to a balance can add insight into the nature of an energy imbalance.
- Five Element Emotions: How the five elements color our emotional balance. This is an introduction to the material that is covered in more depth in the TFH Metaphors Workshop
- Five Element Color Balance: An introduction to using color to balance energy. This is really an introduction to exploring the rich variety of ways an energy imbalance can be corrected.
- Five Element Balancing with Food: Nutrition is, of course, an essential component of energy balancing, and this is an introduction to using muscle testing to assess dietary requirements.
- Pulse Check: Introduction to using wrist pulses to identify energy imbalances.
- Emotional Stress Release for Past Traumas: Another very powerful use of ESR that can help people change their experience of their lives.
- Reactive Muscles: Introduction to using postural dynamics to isolate and correct neuromuscular imbalance at the system level. Reactive muscles explain why many types of corrections do not last and describes methods for permanent release of many types of chronic pain. This information is expended on in TFH IV
- Circuit Retaining Mode: Introduction to this widely used Specialized Kinesiology tool that allows very rich information to be found using muscle testing.
- Switching - using circuit locating
- Subjective Evaluation
- Accurate Indicator Muscle Monitoring
- Sedation Techniques
- Pain Tapping Technique
