TFH IV: ACUPRESSURE AND ANATOMY
In addition to going deeper into acupressure and other energy balancing tools, there is time to review material of special interest.
In level IV you will learn:
- Five Elements and Meridian Review: More study of the classical Chinese system.
- Acupressure Holding Points Theory: Holding points are the essential acupressure corrections and learning them opens the door to the art and science of chinese medicine. Here we get into some of the theory behind these powerful tools.
- Luo Points: A refinement of holding points that are very effective in specific situations.
- Figure Eight Energy: A simple, but powerful tool for energy healing attributed to ancient Tibetans.
- Balancing with Sound: Examination of how to restore energetic balance using sound. With Touch for Health you can test how effective any sound is working as a balancing tool. (crystal bowls etc)
- Time of Day Balance: This balance is useful for jet lag or if you have disconnected from your normal 24 hour cycle.
- Muscular Anatomy overview: Discussion of how muscles and bones (form / function) enable posture and movement and some of the basic digressions from optimal form.
- Posture Analysis, Static and Active: We will learn some of the things to look for to identify stress at the muscular level both standing and moving.
- Postural Stress Reslease: How to use TFH to correct postural imbalances
- Gaits: Gait points help to re-synchonise the muscles involved in any specific movement.
- Reactive Muscle Review: Further discussion on how reactive muscle patterns influence muscular function and how to restore optimal function.
Time for exploring some of the many other techniques compiled in "Touch For Health - A Practicle Guide To Natural Health" |
