Session Information

Clothing: My sessions are often more dynamic than massage, where I may have you get off the table, or do a lot of muscle testing. Consequently, I recommend my clients wear comfortable, loose clothing. I prefer not to work with jeans or silk, but anything else is fine. Clothing is optional.

Session Length: Usually one hour or ninety minutes, although I may work in two to three hour blocks.

Base rate: $120.00 p/h.

2 or 3 day intensives at Mt Shasta - including 3 - 6 hours p/day bodywork. (Plenty of time to get in a healing soak at Stewart Mineral Springs)

Hours: 9:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday - Thurs,  10am - 1pm Fridays and Saturdays
