INSTRUCTOR UPDATE July 2010

Update Requirements:

You must be a Touch For Health Instructor with a

current Membership in the TFH Association.

What to Bring to the UPDATE:

1.) All of your TFH books and supplemental

manuals, paper, pens, pencils and any other handouts

or resources you feel you need to enhance your

experience

2.) Your calendar or electronic schedule planner

Any dates of any upcoming TFH classes you are

hosting

3.) Your current resume (required by the

NCBTMB): Already updated to include this update !

4.) Professional License Numbers if applicable.

5.) Touch For Health Talks

Please prepare three talks about Touch For

Health that you will share with the other students.

Each talk should be different addressing topics:

A. Where you are teaching TFH

B. How you use TFH in your daily life

C. Your TFH Wins

D. What do you see as the future of

TFH? (Or “What could TFH do better?”)

To fulfill the requirements for TFHKA Instructor

certification and those for NCBTMB (the certifying

agency allowing TFH Instructors to offer Contact

Hours for continuing education through TFHKA),

all active Instructors are required to Update.

New TFH Instructors must attend one “face to

face” Update within 3 years of completing the

Instructor Training Workshop. The first “face to

face” Update must be a minimum of 15 hours.

TFH Community Workshop Event

The Public Meets TFH!

In order to create a paradigm shift in

how to expose others to the benefits of

TFH we (the Instructors) will host a Community

Workshop for the public as part of

the Update experience.

Tickets for this Introductory Workshop

are priced at $30 per person.

You are encouraged to sell tickets but

it is NOT a requirement. Sales do help to

offset the reduced cost of the Update.
