EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE
TAPPING / EFT: A subset of Tactile Therapies are tapping protocols. These are especially effective at recalibrating the Parasympathetic/Sympathetic swing. A basic version is light tapping for short periods on the major joints (See Fear Paralysis in the MNRI manual).
A more advanced version is the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). More info on EFT here:

Biofeedback is a training tool for improving one’s ability to regulate the Parasympathetic/Sympathetic swing. It is recommended here and in Homologous Therapies. Inner Balance is an app-based tool for this training. There are many Biofeedback training options.
